How do I put my new funny voice on my GPS device?

In just a few steps you have changed your GPS voice into a funny new one:

  1. Click on the download link of the voice we have sent you

  2. Save the downloaded file to your personal computer (for example on your desktop) and dubbel click on this file, now there is a directory with the same name next to your downloaded file

  3. Connect the sd-cardwriter with the usb-entry of your computer and place the sd-card of your GPS-device in the sd-cardwriter

  4. Open in ‘My Computer’ the disk of the SD-CardWriter

  5. Open on the SD-card the directory ‘Audio’ and cut and paste the existing directory ‘0x809’ (= standard voice) to your computer and save this directory (for example on your desktop)

  6. Now copy the directory of the downloaded voice (which you saved onto your computer) into the directory ‘Audio’ on the SD-card

  7. Change the name of this directory of the funny voice into ‘0x809’ (This is the code for English)

  8. Your GPS voice has now been changed into a funny one!

NB: The codes for the other countries are: ‘0x407’ = German, ‘0x40c’ = French, ‘0x413’ = Dutch
